We at ASBI are here when you or your loved one needs transportation. Our ambulances provide Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are not a primary 911 provider, so our focus is on meeting your non-emergency transportation needs efficiently and professionally. Our non-emergency ambulance division provides a safe and convenient transport service for those with mobility challenges and medical attention needs. We are happy to transport you or your loved one anywhere you wish to go. Frequent destinations we commonly transport to and from include:

We specialize in Ventilator services to patients that are ventilator dependent. With extensive training approved by the Tennessee Department of EMS, we can transport without assistance from respiratory therapy technicians. We operate our billing company in-house and can answer any insurance-related questions for your transportation needs. We are approved to bill and receive payment from Medicare, TN and VA Medicaid, HMO plans, private insurances, the Veteran's Administration, UMWA, and most private insurance companies.
